The Code — Integral Code of Ethics

The code is a four-layer architecture. Each layer answers a different question, and each depends on the others: principles without standards remain abstract; standards without evaluation go unexamined; evaluation without accountability has no consequence.

Part III · Evaluation Criteria

Eight practices of ethical maturation — self-assessment, peer reflection, developmental review, stakeholder feedback, recommitment, case-based reflection, public learning, and structural review — organized in tiers of expectation.

Part IV · Accountability & Governance

The special dangers of integrative power, a graduated seven-stage accountability process, protections for those who raise concerns, the Ethics Council, and the code’s safeguards against its own misuse.
